Seasonal Influenza
The "flu" is a viral infection of the respiratory tract that causes mild to severe illness.  Symptoms include fever, headache, fatigue, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose and muscle aches.  Each year a vaccine is offered for the seasonal flu.  Please see your healthcare provider to receive this vaccine.  Also, remember to practice good handwashing as it is the number one defense against the spread of infection.
